Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, to Co-Host Junior MasterChef Australia

OPA WIRE, Oct 27 (OPA) — Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, will join the judging panel for the latest season of Junior MasterChef Australia. The production, aired by Network 10 under Paramount ANZ, confirmed the role following reports of her filming an episode during a recent visit to the country. Representatives for the network have not disclosed financial terms regarding her participation.

"I love cooking with my own kids, so seeing what these young stars create in the kitchen is going to be a lot of fun," the Duchess said in a statement. Her involvement follows a high-profile tour of Australia in April, during which she was absent from public engagements while filming for the program.

The Duchess and Prince Harry relocated to the United Kingdom in August 2026, ending a six-year residency in California. The couple had stepped back from senior royal duties in early 2020, subsequently pursuing various media ventures, including a Netflix lifestyle series titled 'With Love, Meghan' and the launch of the lifestyle brand 'As Ever.'

'As Ever' recently concluded its partnership with Netflix in March. Despite the brand's shift, the Duchess maintains a commercial footprint in Australia, where she registered trademarks for cookware and table linen across more than a dozen product categories last year.
